About Dr. Bandini
Doctor Marco Bandini is one of the few urologists in Italy specialized in genitourinary reconstructive surgery. During his training, he attended the best reconstructive urology centers in the world gaining outstanding skills and unique expertise. The most renowned surgeons such as Prof. Guido Barbagli (Arezzo, Italy), Dr. Radoš Đinović (Belgrade, Serbia) and Dr. Sanjay Kulkarni (Pune, India) significantly contributed to his surgical training and education.
Alongside an intense surgical training, Dr. Marco Bandini leads a brilliant scientific career aimed at promoting research in numerous conditions such as urethral diseases, penile cancer, bladder cancer and prostate cancer. Dr. Bandini is member of the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) on penile cancer, member of the scientific committee of the Centro Chirurgico Toscano, and PhD student in molecular medicine at the Vita-salute San Raffaele University. Thanks to his commitment as a researcher, he has earned numerous awards including two ASCO merit awards.
Dr. Marco Bandini dedicates most of his time helping and supporting his patients, who in majority suffer from disabling urological disorders that have a strong impact on the quality of life. These patients need trust and support, which are two essentials requirements, together with surgical treatment, to recover from these debilitating conditions.
